Delivery

Delivery within the EU is free. If you would like to place an order from outside the EU, please email us before placing your order and we will get back to you with a quote for shipping. Orders are shipped using courier service, once your order is ready to dispatch we will contact you with expected delivery date and tracking information.

Tax Charges

All prices on the website include VAT at 27%. Orders shipped outside the EU are exempt from VAT, it these cases please email us with your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice which excludes VAT. Any additional duty and tax charges imposed by individual countries are to be paid by the buyer.

We will never disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Cancellation and Returns Policy

By law, you have the right to cancel your order until 7 days after receiving your order. If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@etalon-shop.com. If you would like to cancel your order after you received the goods, you need to return them to us unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, and you need to cover the cost of returning the unwanted items to us. The items will be refunded after receipt of the returned goods.

Guarantee

All products come with a 3 year warranty, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Defects of input/output transistors, potentiometers, connectors and switches and so called consecutive damages are NOT covered by our warranty.
